\u4e2d\u56fd\u603b\u7406\u674e\u514b\u5f3a\u5f00\u542f\u4e86\u4e00\u573a\u201c\u53cd\u6c61\u67d3\u6218\u4e89\u201d\uff0c\u58f0\u79f0\u4e2d\u56fd\u5c06\u7528\u89e3\u51b3\u8d2b\u56f0\u95ee\u9898\u90a3\u822c\u7684\u51b3\u5fc3\u6765\u514b\u670d\u6c61\u67d3\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e03\u5e74\u540e\uff0c\u6c61\u67d3\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5df2\u5927\u5e45\u4e0b\u964d\u4e86\u7ea640%\u3002\u5728\u5317\u4eac\uff0c\u6c61\u67d3\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4ec5\u8fbe\u52302008\u5e74\u548c2013\u5e74\u8bb0\u5f55\u7684\u4e00\u534a\u3002\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd \u7684\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5730\u533a\uff0c\u6c61\u67d3\u5df2\u7ecf\u4e0b\u964d\u5230\u4e8c\u5341\u591a\u5e74\u672a\u89c1\u7684\u6c34\u5e73\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u81ea2013\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\u5168\u7403\u6c61\u67d3\u51cf\u5c11 \u603b\u91cf\u7684\u56db\u5206\u4e4b\u4e09\u4ee5\u4e0a\u90fd\u6765\u81ea\u4e8e\u4e2d\u56fd\u3002\u7f8e\u56fd\u4ece20\u4e16\u7eaa70\u5e74\u4ee3\u521d\u5f00\u59cb\u7740\u624b\u5e94\u5bf9\u6c61\u67d3\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u7ecf\u5386\u4e86\u51e0\u5341\u5e74\u7684 \u65f6\u95f4\u548c\u6570\u6b21\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8870\u9000\u624d\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u5728\u4e03\u5e74\u5185\u5b8c\u6210\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u51cf\u5c11\u603b\u91cf\u3002\u5982\u679c\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u51cf\u6c61\u6548\u7ee9\u80fd\u4fdd\u6301\u4e0b\u53bb, \u4e2d\u56fd\u516c\u6c11\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u9884\u671f\u5bff\u547d\u53ef\u671b\u56e0\u4e3a\u73af\u5883\u6539\u5584\u800c\u5ef6\u957f2\u5e74\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u8d772008\u5e74\u548c2013\u5e74\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u53ef\u671b\u5206 \u522b\u591a\u6d3b3.7\u548c4.6\u5e74\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8bdd\u867d\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u8def\u6f2b\u6f2b\u5176\u4fee\u8fdc\u516e\u3002\u867d\u7136\u4e2d\u56fd\u5927\u9646\u5df2\u7ecf\u8fbe\u5230\u4e86\u4e2d\u56fd\u56fd\u5bb6\u7a7a\u6c14\u8d28\u91cf\u6807\u51c6\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u51762020\u5e74\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u7a0b \u5ea6\u4ecd\u7136\u6bd4\u4e16\u754c\u536b\u751f\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff08WHO\uff09\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u6807\u51c6\u9ad8\u51fa\u516d\u500d\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u89e3\u51b3\u6c61\u67d3\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u8d76\u57282022\u5e74\u51ac\u5965 \u4f1a\u4e4b\u524d\u91c7\u53d6\u4e86\u5feb\u901f\u884c\u52a8\u3002\u5047\u5982\u8fd9\u4e9b\u63aa\u65bd\u80fd\u591f\u8ba9\u4e2d\u56fd\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u5730\u5c06\u6c61\u67d3\u7a0b\u5ea6\u964d\u4f4e\u5230\u4e16\u536b\u7ec4\u7ec7\u7684\u6307\u5bfc\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u5c45\u6c11\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u9884\u671f\u5bff\u547d\u5c06\u5728\u73b0\u6709\u7684\u6210\u679c\u4e0a\u518d\u589e\u52a02.6\u5e74\u3002\u5317\u4eac\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\u53ef\u83b7\u5f973.2\u5e74\u989d\u5916\u5bff\u547d\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u80fd\u5426\u8fbe\u5230\u5e76\u7ef4\u6301\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7684\u51cf\u6c61\u76ee\u6807\u5462\uff1f\u622a\u81f3\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u4e2d\u56fd\u4e00\u76f4\u4f9d\u9760\u884c\u653f\u7ba1\u7406\u624b\u6bb5\u6765\u8fc5\u901f\u51cf\u5c11\u6c61\u67d3\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u63aa\u65bd\u867d\u7136\u89c1\u6548\u4e86\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u968f\u4e4b\u5e26\u6765\u5de8\u5927\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u6210\u672c\u3002\u968f\u7740\u4e2d\u56fd\u7684\u201c\u53cd\u6c61\u67d3\u6218\u4e89\u201d\u8fdb\u5165\u4e0b\u4e00\u4e2a\u7bc7
